The purpose of the customer register is to store customer information, enable the contacts required by customer service and
maintain the customer relationship.
Information content of the register
First and last name
Contact information: address and post code,
telephone number, e-mail address
Possible customer-specific Accommodation Information
Companies are also asked: the name of the company
Regular sources of information
The customer provides their own information, for example when booking a cottage or ordering another service.
The information may be disclosed within the limits required by applicable law. Data will not be transferred
outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Complete data in the register shall be accessible only to the controller and to employees of companies acting on behalf of the controller. The databases associated with the registry are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means generally accepted in the security industry.
Right of inspection
In accordance with the Personal Data Act, the customer has the right to check what information has been stored in the personal register. The inspection request must be made in writing and sent to email@example.com.
The information is treated confidentially and the purpose of collecting it is to communicate between the system and the customer using the service, which is essential for customer service. The information will not be disclosed outside of LeppäLomat or the technical service provider.
